BET integrates dynamic A/V technologies with Professional Products, Inc. in three new offices.
October 3, 2008 Black Entertainment Television (BET) has completed their technology implementations in their new Chicago office and in their renovated DC and New York offices. BET needed a company that could design/build, their technical infrastructure to provide audiovisual, presentation, and video teleconferencing capabilities to conference rooms, multipurpose room and reception areas. Therefore, they called on the skill and expertise of Professional Products, Inc. (PPI). The Chicago, New York and DC offices were complete in January, May and June of 2008 respectively. The main purpose of having PPI design, engineer and build these systems was to create consistent functionality throughout the multiple offices.
Fairfax County Courthouse decides that adding new courtroom technology system with Professional Products, Inc. is a good verdict.
September 29, 2008 Professional Products, Inc. (PPI) announces the completion of the new Courtroom Technology Management System today, a state-of-the-art centralized technology system developed in partnership with the three Fairfax County Courts; Circuit Court, General District Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court and the Fairfax County Department of Information Technology.
Professional Products assists Gallaudet University with new media system at Sorenson Language and Communications Center
September 24, 2008 Professional Products, Inc. (PPI) announces the completion of the media technology system today, at the new Sorenson Language and Communications Center on the campus of Gallaudet University located in Washington, DC. Founded in 1864, Gallaudet University is the world's only university in which all programs and services are specifically designed to accommodate deaf and hard of hearing students. The Sorenson Language and Communication Center is a unique facility that provides an inclusive learning environment totally compatible with the "Deaf Way of Being."
Professional Products help Travel Channel’s Maryland and New York offices make the move to HD
July 10, 2008 Since May of 2007 when Cox Communication announced the acquisition of the Travel Channel from Discovery Communications, there have been two location changes for the Travel Channel. These moves included their corporate headquarters moving to Chevy Chase, Maryland, and their New York offices moving to a new location with significant renovation needed in the new space. The Travel Channel needed a company that could design, engineer, supply equipment and integrate their technical infrastructure to provide audiovisual, presentation, and video teleconferencing capabilities to conference rooms, training rooms and reception areas. Therefore, they called on the skill and expertise of Professional Products, Inc. (PPI). The Chevy Chase and New York offices were complete in April 2008 and July 2008 respectively.

PPI Contributes A/V Design And Construction To NeuStar’s New Network Operations Center (NOC)
May 30, 2008 Professional Products, Inc. (PPI) announced today that it has completed a state-of-the-art audiovisual design and buildout of the network operations center (NOC) and conference facility at NeuStar, Inc., a provider of clearinghouse and directory services to the global communications and Internet industry. NeuStar is headquartered in Sterling, VA.

Professional Products, Inc. integrates Clinical Skills and Simulation Center at the Johns Hopkins Hospital
February 21, 2008 Professional Products, Inc. (PPI) has been commissioned to provide The Johns Hopkins Hospital located in Baltimore, Maryland with a Clinical Skills and Simulation Center called the OC-8 Simulation Center. This center is on the eighth floor of the outpatient center building and is being upgraded to expand their teaching capabilities. This center allows future doctors the chance to practice and hone their skills before they perform a procedure on or interact with a patient. In November of 2007 PPI began assembling the racks and setting up the onsite cable pulls prior to bringing the equipment to the Johns Hopkins facility. The project is stated to be complete in February of 2008.
Professional Products, Inc helps to set the standards
February 5, 2008 In September of 2006 Professional Products, Inc (PPI) was commissioned to start work on the model port concept with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), an agency of the Department of Homeland Security. PPI did the design and integration of this multilingual display and transmission system which is setting the standard for international traveler gateways all over the country. This model port concept was developed for travelers entering the U.S. by having a more efficient and welcoming process.
